Before contacting me about an app not working, please make sure you have done the following:
- Turned the vibration off on the side switch and turned the volume up.
- Restart the app after you change the volume, there is a problem with earlier firmware that prevents volume changes from “sticking”.
- If you are still not getting any sound please try on headphones. After unplugging change volume again.
